Hollywood Exposed

Concierges were ushered past the velvet ropes and given the VIP treatment by some

of Hollywood's hottest spots. The party began at urban bistro Citizen Smith where

concierges sampled tastings from Chef Jose Luis' comfort cuisine with a Southern

flare menu and sipped on wine and Ginger Bitches. Menu items included shrimp ceviche

on cucumber slices, mini quesadillas, tomato/basil/cheese skewers, bruschetta bites

and homemade mac 'n' cheese. More than a 100 guests were welcomed by proprietor Brett

Sulzer who gave concierges insight on his happening nights and private events. The party

moved on to the new Laserium on Hollywood Blvd. where Famous Cupcakes served its sweet cakes

and Soi 56 sampled its Thai cuisine. Guests were welcomed by the Laserium's Jonathan Todd and

Michelle Weitz who presented a laser show in the new CyberTheater with 3-D, moving and floating

imagery to the legendary tunes of the Beatles. The closing party kept the revelry going at Ivan

Kane's Cafe Was. Nightlife impresario, Ivan Kane, was on hand to personally welcome guests and updated

the concierge community about Forty Deuce Fridays coming to Cafe Was. Chef Reznik impressed folks with

bacon-wrapped Medjool dates stuffed with roquefort cheese, burrata canapes, tuna tartare bites, and

Kennebec kettle fried potato chips served with plated olives. Mini lemon citrus tartes and Cafe Was

Bohemian Sunrise cocktails were flowing throughout the night. The night concluded with raffle prizes:
