LACA at Flemings Prime Steakhouse
On Monday, January 26, the Los Angeles Concierge Association kicked off
the New Year with a stellar evening at L.A. Live with self-guided tours
of the new Grammy Museum and its first sponsors meeting at Fleming's Prime
Steakhouse & Wine Bar. L.A. Live's Director of Special Projects, Tammy
Billings came out to educate the group on L.A. Live as a world-class sports,
entertainment and residential destination. Grammy Museum's Marketing Manager,
Tracy Strann also turned out to speak to concierges about the Grammy Museum's
four floors of interactive, educational and cutting-edge exhibits that celebrate
the history of the Grammy® Awards. And finally, Fleming's Operating Partner, Jennifer
Adams, impressed the group with a pre-fixe dinner that included seasonal greens, a petite
filet mignon served with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and for dessert a poached pear
drizzled with chocolate.
