LACMA and Gonpachi
On Tuesday, March 9, WHERE Los Angeles, LACMA and Gonpachi restaurant
took concierges on a tour of three cultures. Guests began the night at
LACMA with refreshments provided by Patina in the Japanese Pavilion and
then explored two exhibitions: "Renoir in the 20th Century" and "American
Paintings of Everyday Life, 1765-1915." Starline Tour busses shuttled guests
on to Gonpachi to sample its Japanese cuisine and sake. Supporting partners
from Melting Pot Food Tours, VIP Tickets, Midway Car Rental were on hand to
mingle with guests and each donated raffle prizes. The grand prize, a diamond
briolette necklace valued at $1,000 from Susan Foster Jewelry, went to Mytzia
Garcia of the Radisson Los Angeles.
