70 plus guests for a starry night in Hollywood. Festivities kicked off at the
Roosevelt's modern steakhouse Dakota where Jan Egge, Associate Director of
Food & Beverage and Marketing & Events Manager, Jen Sorlie welcomed
guests with pomegranate martinis, house wine, passed appetizers including mini
Dakota burgers and a NY steak carving station. Guests got to meet Roosevelt Hotel
General Manager Don Jacinto and were treated mini cookies, cheesecake lollipops
and coffee and tea before they made their way to the new Madame Tussauds Hollywood.
At the new wax museum concierges posed for photos with their favorite celebrities,
musicians, politicians and film icons. Then concierges took a quick peek at the Hard
Rock Cafˆ© Los Angeles Rock Shop and received parting gift bags. The revelry continued
back on the Roosevelt's outdoor bridge overlooking the Tropicana pool with champagne
and passed dessert. Kevin Salter of Top Notch Tickets raffled off door prizes.
