GEARYS Beverly Hills, Petrossian and Mastro's Steakhouse Private Event
On Tuesday, August 10, GEARYS Beverly Hills, Petrossian and Mastro's Steakhouse
hosted a group of about 30 concierges for an exclusive VIP experience. GEARYS
Beverly Hills' President and CEO Tom Blumenthal welcomed in some of L.A.'s most
prestigious concierges to his fine luxury goods store that's been a Beverly Hills
landmark for more than 75 years. Blumenthal gave a quick overview on his flagship
store and introduced his team that included: Frances Matheus, Beverly Hills Store
Director; Daniel Chen, Rodeo Drive Store Director; John Couris, Century City Store
Director; and Gerrick Pickering in the executive office. Petrossian restaurant's
Christopher Klapp was on-site with champagne pourings, caviar canapés and three
distinctive caviar offerings. At Mastro's Steakhouse concierges were welcomed by
Mastro's V.P. of Guest Relations Debbie Bohnett; General Manager, Gregory Hammann;
Andrea Levin, Director of Events; and Executive Chef, Brian Christman. In the private
Mastro's Wine Room guests were treated to smoking cosmopolitans, lemon drop martinis,
red and white wines, seafood towers, and a fully seated dinner that included salad, a
choice of a hand cut filet, New York strip, or Chilean Sea Bass and Chef Chistman's sides:
mashed potatoes, haricot verts, brussel sprouts with pancetta and creamed corn. Mega-sized
dessert platters were served and each guest took home a GEARYS/Mastro's gift bag that included
GEARYS catalogs, chocolates from Petrossian and homemade chocolate chip cookies and strawberries
dipped in chocolate from Mastro's.
