Patina Restaurant Group hosts L.A. Concierge
On Monday, April 6, Zucca Ristorante, Nick & Stef's Steakhouse and
Cafe Pinot’Äîpart of Joachim Splichal's Patina Restaurant Group, gave some
of L.A.'s finest hotel professionals and concierges the VIP treatment with
a customized Dine Around. Guests arrived at Zucca first for passed appetizers
and wine pourings and Patina's Director of Operations, Stefano Albano, welcomed
guests with an introduction of Zucca General Manager, Valerie Gerstle. Guests were
treated to a seated dinner at Nick & Stef's that included Caesar salad, cuts of
aged hanger steak and sides of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. The final destination
was Cafe Pinot with a dessert and coffee buffet of sweet treats including specially baked
lemon tartlets, chocolate chip and Madeleine cookies. At each Patina location a dining
certificate for four, a premium selected bottle of wine and a personally signed Joachim
Splichal cookbook were raffled off. Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car provided transportation services
with six luxury passenger vans and shuttled guests to each location.
