LACA at Tony's Italian Steakhouse
The Los Angeles Concierge Association held its monthly meeting
at Sunset Strip's new restaurant, Tony's Steakhouse. Executive
Chef Tony Riviera created a pre-fixe menu that impressed the
group of discriminating foodies. Courses included salad,
spaghetti in a clam sauce, a cut of filet mignon with truffle
mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and for dessert a chocolate
molten souffle served with olive oil gelato.
